I'm realizing that posture is more important than skin.

Recently, while looking in the mirror, I felt like my jawline and neck looked different than before, so I started reflecting on my lifestyle habits.
Come to think of it, I spend a really long time looking down at my phone all day.

So these days, I am deliberately trying to maintain good posture.
I try to keep my back straight even when sitting, and I try to hold my phone at eye level as much as possible.

It was uncomfortable at first, but as I paid more attention little by little, my neck feels less stiff, and my posture seems to have improved compared to before.
I'm realizing that even a small habit can affect your facial lines or your overall vibe.

Skin care is important, but it seems like your entire lifestyle is ultimately connected.
