I really need to get a good night's sleep.

Time flies so fast after work.

One or two hours just fly by when I'm on my phone!

I think I usually go to bed around 1 AM.

So I got hungry again, and because I was hungry I couldn't sleep.

Tossing and turning and falling asleep later haha

 

I get to work feeling sleepy, so I habitually chug a cup of coffee, and this repeats endlessly.

I heard that drinking coffee causes rapid fluid loss due to its diuretic effect, so you need to drink plenty of water.

Since he doesn't even drink water properly,

 

 

My skin is rough and dry, like a desertified, parched rice paddy field hahaha. I feel like things really aren't going to work out at this rate.

 

I tried to change things up, so I kept my phone away for a while.

When you turn off the lights to go to sleep, turn off your phone too!!

I went to bed early over the weekend, cut down on my coffee addiction and habit, and drank a lot of tea.

 

My skin looks good for the first time in a while.

My makeup looks solid without caking, so it’s nice for the first time in a while.

 

Let's all go to bed early and drink plenty of water!!!
