My skin condition is better than usual today! I drank a lot of water and went to bed early yesterday, so my skin tone definitely looks less dull haha. These days, it shows immediately the day after eating late-night snacks, so I'm trying to cut down on eating late at night as much as possible. Lifestyle habits really seem to have a huge impact on skin. Hahaha!!!!
