Is the habit of drinking more than 3 cups of coffee a day also bad?

Since I’ve been suffering from chronic fatigue, it has become a complete habit to drink at least three cups of coffee a day, starting with an iced Americano on my way to work every morning... The saying that I survive on coffee IV drips fits my description perfectly. However, when I suddenly looked in the mirror, my complexion looked so dull and dry, and on top of that, red blemishes were starting to pop up one by one around my chin, so I’m worried.

I haven't even changed my cosmetics, so I've been thinking hard about why this is happening. I suspect the cause might be that I've been drinking too much coffee lately. I think I read somewhere that caffeine promotes diuresis when it enters the body, taking away moisture that should be going to the skin and drying out the skin barrier. Ugh, it's so upsetting... On top of that, I heard that caffeine stimulates the secretion of cortisol, a stress hormone, which greatly activates the sebaceous glands. I'm worried that this might be causing excessive sebum production, leading to breakouts.

커피 마시는 양이 너무 많으신 거 아닌가요 카페인 안 좋죠

커피 끊으니까 덜 피곤하고 좋습니다. 피부에도 물이 더 좋아요.
