Take some time to hydrate your skin.

Since it's Monday, I've been busy with this and that.

I drank a lot of coffee today but didn't actually drink much water.

After spending a hectic day, I felt like my skin looked even drier for no reason.

 

 

As the weather gets hotter and we sweat a lot, especially during times like these, for the sake of your skin

I think I need to pay more attention to staying hydrated.

When I think about how much water I usually drink, it seems there are many days when I don't even drink 1 liter.

I often unconsciously substitute it with coffee, but I found that drinking only coffee made my mouth feel even drier.

I need to get into the habit of drinking water, even if consciously, from now on.

Rather than drinking a lot at once, make sure to drink small amounts whenever you have a spare moment,

I am going to try cutting down on coffee a little and paying more attention to taking care of my skin condition.

It's a small habit, but if you do it consistently, it will definitely help your skin.
