My skin condition record today

I am happily writing a record of my skin condition for the first time in a while.

It's hot, so I'm staying home over the weekend without overexerting myself and sleeping in.

After rolling around, my skin looks vibrant, and the rough texture has improved, leaving it feeling soft.

In the meantime, you need to change your cosmetics or add a step to your skincare routine.

I felt my skin texture improving, but there hasn't been any change in my skincare routine.

My skin has become incredibly healthy just from getting a good night's sleep last Saturday and Sunday.

 

It feels like my skin, which was abused by the hot May sun and attacked by stress, has recovered on its own.

It looks like my skin needed time to recover, too.

Just by looking at this, I think you can tell how important sleep is for your skin.

 

Even if celebrities lose sleep, smoke, and drink,

I always maintain good condition because I consistently get expensive treatments at the dermatology clinic, but

Taking care of essentials in daily life, such as sleep and hydration

I realize once again that this is the most basic thing for maintaining skin health :)
