One face mask a day? What is the right home care cycle for me?
There was a time when using a face mask every day was trending, so I used to put one on daily as well. However, perhaps due to an excess of nutrients, I actually got small pimples. I guess even methods recommended by others need to work for your own skin.
Currently, I use face masks two to three times a week, switching between types depending on my skin condition. I use cream types on dry days, sheet masks when I need soothing, and wash-off masks when I have flaky skin. Isn't the key to home care adjusting the intensity to your skin's condition, rather than just doing it often?
After removing the mask, don't just throw away the remaining essence; apply it to your neck, elbows, and legs as well. It's like getting body care as a bonus while taking care of your face. Also, remember to apply a cream after the mask to create a protective barrier and prevent moisture from evaporating! Let's take care of our skin efficiently with just one mask and stay hydrated from head to toe.
