My skin condition today is absolutely terrible. I'm leaving this as a record.

I worked really hard overtime yesterday, and my skin is a total mess today... ㅠㅠ
My skin was just a bit dry when I got off work, but when I looked in the mirror this morning, red blemishes had flared up all over my chin and cheeks. My skin texture is rough, my makeup is cakey, and I don't know why my pores look so prominent... As expected, the combination of lack of sleep, stress, and caffeine really shows up on my skin right away.

I feel like my internal dryness has gotten really bad, especially since I stayed up until dawn staring at the monitor and getting exposed to the air conditioner. I couldn't even drink enough water and just gulped down coffee, so my face looks dull overall and feels like it has lost its elasticity. Even the cushion foundation that usually works fine is highlighting my dead skin cells like crazy today.

For now, I'm skipping all harsh products and focusing on soothing care. I put on a face mask I kept in the refrigerator, slathered on plenty of moisturizer, and am trying to go to bed as early as possible... but since I have to do Maypure, it looks like I'll be working overtime again today lol. It really seems like you can't fool your skin with your lifestyle habits.
