I am also changing my lifestyle habits to improve my skin.
My skin condition has been continuously worsening lately, so I'm paying attention to my lifestyle habits as well as just changing my cosmetics. In the past, I used to stay up late and didn't drink enough water, and I definitely felt that lifestyle was affecting my skin. In particular, on days when I didn't get enough sleep, I felt like my skin tone was dull the next day and breakouts were more likely to occur.
So recently, I have been trying to go to bed as early as possible and consciously drinking water frequently. I am also trying to cut down on spicy foods. Honestly, it isn't improving dramatically right away, but I do feel like my skin condition is gradually stabilizing.
It seems there’s a reason people say that taking care of your skin from the inside out is important. Of course, skincare is important, but it feels like the results are even more visible when your lifestyle habits support it. If you have any habits you’re currently practicing to improve your skin, please share them with me!
