I'm also changing my eating habits to improve my skin.
Lately, my skin condition has been steadily worsening, so I am trying to change my lifestyle habits as well as my skincare routine. I definitely feel my skin deteriorating the day after eating late-night snacks or spicy food, so I am realizing firsthand that dietary habits have a significant impact. I used to think that skin care was solely about cosmetics, but lately, I feel strongly that it is connected to my overall physical condition.
So recently, I’ve been trying to drink more water and make an effort to eat small amounts of vegetables and fruits. Of course, my skin isn't improving immediately, but I feel like the swelling and dryness have decreased a bit compared to before. I am also trying to sleep as regularly as possible.
I believe that consistent care is ultimately the most important thing for skin. Maintaining stable basic lifestyle habits seems more effective than trying methods that yield dramatic results in a short period. Please share any skincare habits you are currently practicing!
