I feel like my skin texture has changed a little since I started doing home care consistently.
I used to not be the type to consistently do home skincare, but recently I've become interested in skincare and am making an effort to take care of my skin at home. At first, I didn't think there would be much of a change, but after doing it consistently for a few months, I felt like my skin texture had become a bit more refined. In particular, I am realizing that the habit of moisturizing immediately after washing my face is more important than I thought.
Lately, I've been layering toner multiple times and focusing on soothing ampoules and moisturizing creams. On days when my skin is sensitive, I also use a face mask. I think consistently maintaining a basic routine is much more effective than overdoing it.
Of course, it doesn't show the rapid changes of a dermatological procedure, but I definitely feel it helps maintain my skin condition. Most of all, I am satisfied that my skin has become less sensitive and stays in a stable state. Please share any home care routines you do consistently at home!
