Practicing diet control and reducing sugar... it's hard, but I'm putting it into practice.
There are many people whose skin breaks out because of greasy food, right? I also love fried foods, meat, and especially sweet desserts, but I painfully realized that these foods cause skin inflammation. So these days, I am practicing 'reducing sugar.' Since I started avoiding foods high in refined sugar, the frequency of skin breakouts has definitely decreased.
Instead, I try to make sure to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins. In particular, since I make sure to eat nuts rich in Omega-3, I feel like my skin has a natural glow. It seems the saying "what you eat becomes your skin" is true. Although I sometimes give in to the temptation of fried chicken or fish-shaped bread, it is a habit I cannot give up because I can feel my skin becoming much more comfortable just by paying a little attention to my diet on a daily basis.
