I recommend lymphatic stretching for better skin complexion👍

I have personally experienced that skin is connected to overall circulation. In particular, when my neck and shoulders are very tense, blood flow to the face gets blocked, causing my complexion to look dull and my face to swell easily. That is why I make sure to stretch my neck and shoulders for about 10 minutes every day. Loosening the trapezius muscles and stimulating the lymph nodes definitely makes a difference in how quickly facial swelling subsides.

 

After stretching, I feel like my face gains a subtle flush of color, and my skincare products absorb much better. Doing a light workout before dragging my exhausted body to the vanity after work is practically a tonic for my skin. Ever since I realized that my skin needs to rest only when my body is relaxed, it has become an absolute must-do in my routine.
