Will Clarity be effective on blemishes and pigmentation remaining after skin care?

I have small blemishes around my cheeks and nose that have subsided, leaving behind brownish areas that are visible alongside my original spots, so I am looking into Clarity Blemish Treatment. The skin surface is not pitted or scarred; it is just slightly different in color compared to the surrounding skin.
I thought it would naturally fade over time, but some parts have remained longer than expected, so it is bothering me.
Will Clarity be effective against blemishes on this type of pigmentation?
