I'm worried because I keep seeing bumpy things under my eyes.

눈밑에 오돌토돌한 게 계속 보여서 고민이에요 ㅜㅜI am writing to inquire because lately, while looking in the mirror, I noticed small, bumpy protrusions under my eyes. At first, I thought it was just due to dry skin, but they haven't gone away and remain there even after some time. They aren't very large, but perhaps because they are under my eyes, they are actually more visible when I wear makeup. Looking closely, my skin feels uneven, which is bothering me. When I touch them, they feel slightly firm, so I considered squeezing them out at home, but I am refraining from doing so for fear of scarring if I touch them, especially since they are near my eyes. I am wondering if these bumps under my eyes are milia, sebum like millet seeds, or some other skin issue. I would also like to know if they can be identified immediately with the naked eye at a dermatology clinic. If removal is necessary, I am curious if it is very painful since it is near the eyes, and if there is redness or marks that will linger after the procedure. I would appreciate it if you could let me know what methods are typically used for removal at a clinic.
