Is comparing the laser effects with photos the most accurate method? I am curious about the criteria for deciding whether to continue treatments.

레이저 효과는 사진으로 비교하는 게 제일 정확할까요? 계속 받을지 판단하는 기준이 궁금해요

For me, the hardest part about consistently managing something is seeing the results objectively lol.
Since I look in the mirror every day, I can't really tell if there are any subtle changes. Some days my skin looks good, but then when I'm not feeling well, it looks dull again, so I felt it would be difficult to judge whether the laser is working or not.
So I'm wondering if I should take a picture before starting the laser treatment.
If I take photos in the same place with similar lighting at intervals of about a month, will changes in skin tone or blemishes be a little more visible?
If there is no change even after receiving laser treatment a few times, I would like to consult about a new approach rather than just continuing to complete the required number of sessions.
However, I am curious how many times we need to wait to make a proper judgment.
I'd like to know if it's common not to notice a big difference after just one or two treatments, or if some changes are visible even in the beginning if the treatment suits your skin well.
Also, when evaluating the effects of laser treatment, are there any of you who look not only at the number of blemishes but also at the overall skin tone and how it looks when wearing makeup?
Actually, for me, it is more important for my skin to look a little cleaner and more even than for a single blemish to disappear completely.
So, even in the before and after photos, I want to compare the overall impression rather than zooming in on specific parts.
After receiving it a few times, I think I will be able to decide whether to continue with the same laser or switch to a different approach by looking at these records.
I am wondering if there are cases where the initial condition and the current condition are compared together using photos during the consultation.
For those of you who, like me, look in the mirror every day and are insensitive to changes, what criteria did you use to judge the effectiveness of the laser?
I'm also curious if you've ever had the experience of not realizing it yourself until looking at old photos and finding out for sure lol
For those of you who have consistently received laser treatments, please share some realistic tips on how often you checked your results and planned your next session.
