Is the recommended number of melasma treatment sessions determined during the initial consultation?

I am contacting Maypure because I am concerned about melasma and a dull skin tone. I would like to know if the recommended number of melasma treatments is determined from the start based on an examination of the skin, or if it changes depending on the response after a few sessions. Before determining the number of sessions, I would like to hear an explanation of the condition of my pigmentation.
When I receive a consultation for melasma treatment, do you examine the areas where my face looks dull and the noticeable pigmentation separately? I am not sure if I can consider the two as the same treatment.
Since I spend a lot of time working indoors, I would also like to ask about the frequency of visits and daily care.
