Are the characteristics of Pico Toning very different from regular laser toning?

Lately, it feels like small blemishes are gradually increasing on my face, so I'm looking into laser treatments.

At first, I thought I just needed to get laser toning, but it turns out there is also something called Pico Toning.

I'm curious about the difference between Pico Toning and regular laser toning.

I looked it up and saw that the laser irradiation time varies; does that actually affect the effectiveness?

I also saw that one of the features of Pico Toning is that it causes relatively little skin irritation, so I'm wondering if that applies to all skin types.

My skin is a bit sensitive, so I'm worried it might turn red or dry after the laser treatment.

I also want to know which pigmentation Pico Toning is more suitable for, melasma or general blemishes.

I am also curious whether I can feel the effects after just one session, or if I need to receive them consistently multiple times.

I plan to get this done while working, so I would appreciate it if you could let me know if I can apply makeup or resume my daily activities immediately after the procedure.
