How do I provide my history of peeling and topical product use before the Maypure blemish laser consultation?
I would like to ask Maypure how much information I should prepare regarding the products I am currently using or recent treatments I have received before my blemish laser consultation. I am not stating that I have used specific products or received peeling treatments; I simply want to identify items that are easy to overlook during the consultation.
Does Maypure differentiate between exfoliating products, cosmetics containing whitening ingredients, and prescription topical medications? I would also like to know if it would be helpful to record not only the names but also the application area, the last date of use, and whether there were any reactions such as stinging or redness. If I am unsure of the exact ingredients, would it be acceptable to show you photos of the products or the prescription details?
I would also like to know how long I need to report any recent skin treatments, and whether the decision regarding whether to proceed with laser treatment on the same day and the interval is made after a direct skin examination. Rather than arbitrarily stopping my medication or switching products, I would like to receive guidance on how to continue and adjust my usage during a consultation at Maypure. Please let me know if there is any information I should share before making an appointment.
