Dark spots on my cheekbones appeared from my commute ㅠㅠ I'm writing a review after completing the full recommended number of Pico Toning sessions lol
1. Visited Branch: "Maypure Yeongtong Branch"
I commute quite a long distance every day by car from the Goyang area. Every morning, I was exposed to the direct sunlight coming through the driver's window without even applying sunscreen properly, and at some point, really dark and wide brown spots and blemishes appeared only on my left cheekbone. Even slathering on concealer didn't cover them up at all with makeup, so I finally mustered up the courage to go to a dermatologist and get a pigment remover... Pico Toning I bought a package and recently finally finished all the sessions, so I'm writing a real review haha.
At first, the director told me that the pigmentation on my cheekbones was actually quite deep, so she strongly urged me to be patient and come consistently. Haha. After the first one or two sessions, the pigmentation didn't seem to be fading much, and my skin just felt a bit dry, so I wondered if I had wasted my money. However, starting from the fifth session, when I looked in the mirror while washing my face in the morning, I could definitely feel that my overall complexion had become much clearer. ㅠㅠ
It is less painful and causes less damage to surrounding tissues than standard spherical lasers. Pico Toning Maybe because I received the treatment using a machine, I didn't get severe scabbing afterward, so it was really convenient and great to be able to apply makeup right away and go back to work haha. The clinic originally recommended this after looking at my facial condition. Pico Toning The package had 10 sessions, and now that I've finished them all, my dark blemishes have faded so much that they can be perfectly covered with just a light BB cream. I'm totally satisfied lol.
But I am a little worried that if I stop coming here completely, it might slowly creep back up later after being exposed to UV rays ㅠㅠ Usually, the one recommended by the hospital at the beginning... Pico Toning Do you take a complete break once you've finished your sessions, or do you continue getting laser treatments once a month for maintenance? I'm so curious how people like me, who get a lot of sun exposure during their commute, manage their melasma. Please share any special home care tips you have besides just applying sunscreen!
