Lately, my face seems a bit saggier than before, so I'm considering getting a facelift.
Now that I'm in my mid-30s, I'm starting to notice things I never even thought about before. In particular, my jawline seems less defined than it used to be, and when I take photos, the lower part of my face looks a bit heavy. My cheeks also seem to be sagging slightly, so it bothers me for no reason every time I look in the mirror.
So I looked up lifting treatments, but there are so many types like Ulthera, Thermage, Shurink, and InMode that I don't know which one to get. It seems like there is quite a price difference, so I'm also wondering if the more expensive procedure is necessarily the better one.
I want my jawline and cheeks to be naturally refined, rather than looking like my face has been drastically tightened. I don't really want my cheeks to look too thin either.
I am curious to know which treatments are commonly recommended for first-time lifters and how much pain is involved in the procedure. It would also be helpful if you could let me know if it is a one-time treatment or if I need about a few sessions.
