My jawline looks saggy in late autumn. Please recommend a jaw lifting procedure.

I'm worried because my jawline doesn't look the same as it used to whenever I look in the mirror.....
As the weather gets colder, my skin feels dry and losing elasticity. In particular, the area under my chin is sagging slightly, making my face look rounder and bigger overall.
In the past, my jawline was somewhat defined when viewed from the front, but lately the boundary between my jaw and neck has become blurred, and I am very self-conscious about my profile as well.
Would it be a good idea to get a lifting procedure to refine my jawline? There are ultrasound lifting treatments like Ulthera and Shurink, as well as procedures like InMode that manage both fat and elasticity; please explain the differences between them in detail.
Since I don't have a lot of fat under my chin, I prefer a procedure that naturally refines my jawline and improves elasticity rather than a harsh treatment. Please also let me know about the pain, post-procedure swelling, and how long bruising lasts.
I am planning to consistently take care of my skin from late autumn through winter. Please let me know how many jaw lifting sessions are typically needed to see results and how I should schedule the intervals between treatments. Since this is my first time getting a lifting procedure, please recommend one that I can start with without feeling too much pressure, taking into account both effectiveness and cost.
