I haven't gained much weight, but I tend to have a lot of fat on my cheeks, so my face looks plumper than it actually is in photos. My cheek fat stands out especially from the side or when I smile, so I would like to refine my facial contours a bit.
Even with dieting, my cheek fat doesn't go away as easily as I expected, and as I get older, my skin elasticity isn't what it used to be, so I am worried that blindly removing fat might actually make my face look sunken.
So I'm looking into lifting procedures like InMode, Ondari Lifting, and Shurink, as well as fat-dissolving injections, and I'm wondering which treatment is effective for improving cheek fat. I'm also debating whether it's better to reduce the fat or improve skin elasticity, especially if I have a lot of cheek fat.
I am curious to know what treatments those of you who have actually received dermatological procedures for chubby cheeks underwent. Please let me know how effective they were, as well as the pain, swelling, and cost.
I don't want my face to look too gaunt; I'd like my facial contours to become slimmer while naturally toning down my cheeks a bit. Please recommend any procedures you were highly satisfied with.
