I've started worrying more about neck wrinkles than my face. Do dermatologists treat the neck too?

얼굴보다 목주름이 더 신경 쓰이기 시작했어요ㅠㅠ 목도 피부과에서 관리하나요?

Recently, while taking selfies, I noticed my neck wrinkles looked much deeper than I expected, so I suddenly started getting self-conscious about them. I usually look straight into the mirror, so I didn't notice them, but when I look at photos taken from the side or from below, I can see a few horizontal lines on my neck. I suspect they might have gotten worse because I spend a lot of time looking at my computer or phone these days, constantly bending my neck down. I take care of my facial skin with various products, but I think I only ever applied lotion to my neck, so I'm debating whether I should start taking better care of it now. I searched online and found that treatments like Botox, skin boosters, and lasers are available for neck wrinkles, but I find it difficult to get them because I feel like it is a much more delicate area than facial treatments. I'm also worried that if something goes wrong, the results might be noticeable since the skin on the neck is thin and moves a lot. They aren't deep wrinkles yet; they are just horizontal lines that are visible even when I'm still. I'm wondering if it is possible to improve them with dermatological procedures in this case. If anyone has had treatments for neck wrinkles, I'd like to know what you received and if you actually saw noticeable improvement. I am also curious if simply applying sunscreen up to my neck and making sure to use moisturizer at home helps prevent it to some extent. I would appreciate your advice on whether it is better to start managing neck wrinkles once they begin to appear, or if it is okay to start with home care at this stage.
