Between Ulthera and Thermage, which is better for elasticity without causing cheek hollowing?

Hello
I am concerned about looking older as my facial elasticity has decreased overall and my cheeks and jawline are sagging. I am hesitant about thread lifting due to the foreign body sensation and the recovery period, so I am considering getting a laser lift instead.
I heard that Ulthera and Thermage are famous, so I looked them up and found that the principles behind the two procedures are different. Since I don't have a lot of cheek fat, I am worried that getting Ulthera might cause my cheeks to sink in. My skin is slightly thin, and I have fine lines along with a loss of elasticity. Given my condition, which lifting procedure would be more suitable for me?
I would appreciate advice from those who have undergone the procedure regarding the level of pain and the duration of the results.
