Is it okay to work out right after lifting? How do people who work out often schedule their routines? lol

리프팅 받고 바로 운동해도 되는지 헬스 자주 하는 사람은 일정 어떻게 잡나요?ㅋㅋ

I tend to work out several times a week, so I'm more worried about my workout schedule than the skin treatment lol.

I do want to try a lifting treatment, but if I have to skip exercising on the day of the procedure or the next day, I think I should adjust my routine in advance.

I am wondering if the heat sensation or redness might last longer, especially if I do exercises that make me sweat a lot.

Does the timing of when you can exercise vary depending on the type of lifting?

I'm confused because I hear that some procedures allow you to return to daily life immediately, while others require caution for a few days.

I want to get a lift after work and work out as usual the next evening, but I'm wondering if that is realistically possible haha.

Could hot showers or saunas be a bigger problem than the exercise itself?

I have a habit of taking long hot showers after exercising, so I think I need to adjust that as well.

I am also wondering if it is better to wash with lukewarm water and lower the intensity of my workouts for a few days after lifting.

Also, I would like to know if it is uncomfortable to do weight training if I feel stiffness or tightness in my face after the procedure.

I do strength training often, so when I tense up, my face naturally tenses up.

I'm also wondering if this aspect could affect the lifting effect or recovery.

For those of you who exercise frequently and have consistently received lifting treatments, on what day of the week did you usually schedule your procedures?

For example, I am also curious if you have established a pattern of receiving it the day before a day off or on the weekend.

I don't want to quit exercising completely, and I'm the type who wants to rest just the bare minimum, so I'm really curious about your actual experiences haha.

For those of you who have consistently combined lifting and exercise, please let me know how you managed your schedule.
