Overall, my skin elasticity has decreased.

Lately, my skin feels generally less firm than before, so I am considering getting a consultation for a lifting procedure. I don't have deep wrinkles in specific areas, but when I look in the mirror after washing my face, my skin seems a bit saggy, and my facial contours feel less defined than they used to be.

I am particularly concerned about my cheeks and the corners of my mouth. I don't notice it much when I'm wearing makeup, but when I'm barefaced, my skin looks slightly saggy rather than smooth, and my pores seem bigger than before.

So, rather than simply getting rid of a single wrinkle, I want to manage my skin elasticity and facial contours overall, which is why I am looking into lifting treatments. However, there are many procedures I’ve only heard of by name, such as Ulthera, Shurink, and Thermage, so I’m not sure what the differences are between them.

Since this is my first time, I am hesitant about procedures that require a long recovery period or significantly interfere with my daily life, and I simply want my skin to become naturally firmer. I am wondering if it is possible to receive the treatment once to verify the results and then continue with consistent care.

For those of you who started lifting treatments due to a general loss of elasticity, what criteria did you use to choose the procedure? I am also curious whether it is okay to receive the treatment for maintenance purposes before the skin sags significantly, and what the results were like for those who have actually undergone it.
