For a few days, should I be careful about sleeping on my side after getting a lift? Haha.

리프팅 받고 옆으로 자는 습관은 며칠 정도 조심하는 게 좋을까요?ㅋㅋ

I really tend to sleep on only one side haha.

Even when I try to sleep in a proper position, I always wake up to find myself turned to the side. While looking into body lifts, this suddenly started bothering me.

I'm wondering if sleeping on my side right after a lift could have any negative effects since it puts pressure on my face.

I'm not sure if it's better to sleep lying flat on my back on the day of the procedure, or if it doesn't really matter if I sleep like usual haha.

I tend to bury my face quite a bit in the pillow when I sleep, so by the next morning, I often get indentations on one side.

I am worried that if this pressure continues immediately after the lift, the treated area might become more uncomfortable or the swelling might last longer.

Especially since I heard that the skin might feel stiff or tight during the first few days, I think it might be even more uncomfortable to sleep on my side then.

For those of you who have had a lifting procedure, did you even pay attention to your sleeping position after the treatment?

I wonder if there are any people who have tried to sleep in the proper position for about a week.

Actually, I find it difficult to control my posture after falling asleep, haha. So if it's something I absolutely have to stick to, I think I should reconsider the date for my lifting treatment.

I am also curious if the habit of sleeping on my side can affect facial asymmetry or sagging.

I tend to sleep in only one direction for a long time, so I’ve even wondered if one side looks more collapsed because of this.

For those of you who receive regular lifting treatments, have you even changed your sleeping position?

Or I'd also like to know if you were only careful for a few days right after the procedure and then just went back to your normal life afterwards haha.

For those of you who were worried about post-lift care due to sleeping habits, please let me know just how much attention you actually paid to it.
