My skin is thin and I don't have much facial fat. Even if I get a lift, won't it look too sunken?

피부가 얇고 얼굴살도 많지 않은 편인데 리프팅 받아도 너무 꺼져 보이지 않을까요?

I'm interested in lifting, but I keep worrying if it will be suitable for my face type.
I don't naturally have a lot of facial fat, and my skin is on the thinner side rather than the thicker side, so I find procedures that feel like fat reduction a bit daunting.
Lately, I feel like my skin isn't as firm as it used to be, so I just want to refine my overall lines a bit. However, I'm worried that if I get a lift, I might end up looking even thinner and more tired.
Is there quite a difference between lifting procedures depending on the type, with some focusing on fat reduction and others on elasticity?
I don't need the effect of making my face smaller at all; just having my skin look a little firmer is enough for me haha.
I am wondering if they take that into consideration when making recommendations during the consultation if I mention in advance that I want to maintain my facial volume as much as possible.
I would like to know if the intensity is set a bit more conservatively for people with thin skin.
I tend to be sensitive to heat, so I'm worried that having thin skin might make the lifting procedure feel more stinging or sensitive.
If it is my first time, I am wondering if it is possible to try receiving it gently and observing the condition rather than doing it strongly all at once.
For me, it is more important to look natural, even if it shows a slightly less noticeable effect.
Is it a realistic goal to expect the skin to look firm while maintaining the same volume after a lift?
Are there any others out there who, like me, have been debating for a long time whether or not to get a face lift because they have little facial fat?
I am curious if you were satisfied after actually receiving the treatment, as it didn't feel as sunken as you expected, and I would also like to hear what criteria you used to decide on the procedure.
I have thin skin with little volume, so I'd appreciate it if those of you who have consistently received lifting treatments could share your real experiences haha.
