I frequently use home care devices; should I take a break for a while after getting a lift?

집에서 홈케어 기기 자주 쓰는데 리프팅 받고 나서는 한동안 쉬어야 할까요?

I don't tend to visit the dermatologist very often, but I do use home care devices quite frequently.
I usually use this a few times a week for elasticity management, but now that I'm planning to get a lifting treatment, I suddenly became curious if it's okay to continue using this device before and after the procedure.
Since lifting itself is a procedure that involves sending energy into the skin, I was worried that using a home device immediately afterward might just cause unnecessary overlapping stimulation.
I assume it would be better to rest on the day of the procedure or the next day, but how many days do you usually wait before using it again?
I've been doing home skincare for a long time, so it's become a habit to take out my device first after washing my face haha.
However, I think it might be safer to just focus on moisturizing until the skin feels slightly sore or tight after the lift.
I am also wondering if I need to rest longer if the device I usually use pulls or massages the skin.
I am doing home care to maintain the lifting effect for a long time, but I'm worried that doing it too intensely might actually put a strain on my skin.
Should I avoid using the device the day before the procedure as well?
I'm not sure if it's okay to use my skin as usual until the day before getting a lift the next day, or if it's better to let my skin rest for a few days beforehand haha.
Rather than getting a lifting treatment just once and being done with it, I want to monitor my skin condition and manage it occasionally, while continuing my usual routine at home.
So, it is quite important to know how to combine hospital lifting with home care.
Are there actually people who consistently use a firming device at home while getting lifting treatments?
I'm curious how many days you rested before and after the procedure before starting again.
Rather than trying to do this and that to get better results, I want to manage just what I need. If anyone has experience, please share your routine haha.
