I'm not sure if my skin is sagging or just swelling or facial fat, but could I start with a consultation for a lifting procedure?

제가 처진 건지 그냥 붓기나 얼굴살 때문인지 모르겠는데 리프팅 상담부터 받아도 될까요?

I was looking into lifting procedures but got stuck at the most basic part lol.
When I look in the mirror, I do feel like my facial contours have become less defined than before, but I'm not sure if it's really sagging skin, just increased swelling, or if it just looks that way because I've gained a little weight.
I feel different in the morning and evening, and there are days when I look okay after losing a little weight, so it's hard for me to judge on my own.
Even in this condition, would it be okay to just start with a lifting consultation?
Rather than choosing a specific procedure, I want to know why I look this way first.
If it were an actual issue with skin elasticity, I might consider a lift, but if it's just due to swelling or weight changes, I don't think it's really necessary to get one.
I am also curious if, during the consultation, you assess factors such as skin elasticity and fat volume to determine if a lifting procedure is necessary.
Rather than being told that I absolutely must do something, I prefer to hear an honest answer as to whether managing things right now is sufficient.
I am also curious if there are people who start lifting procedures for prevention or maintenance even when sagging is not severe.
On the other hand, are there any of you who thought your skin was sagging but were told after a consultation that a lifting procedure isn't strictly necessary yet? Haha.
When I look at photos alone, it sometimes looks worse because of the angle or lighting, so I can't trust my own judgment these days.
I want to know my current condition accurately first, rather than the name of the procedure, and then make a decision.
I am also wondering if it is okay to just get a lifting consultation first and not proceed with the procedure right away.
For those of you who, like me, were unsure if your skin was really sagging and sought counseling first, what kind of explanation did you actually receive?
I'm also curious if it became easier to choose after getting my condition checked, compared to when I was just vaguely worrying about it haha.
