I feel like my jawline and cheeks have lost elasticity due to the change of seasons, so I would like to inquire about a lifting consultation.

Hello. As the weather has suddenly turned chilly, my skin has become dry, and I feel that the elasticity in my jawline and cheeks has sagged compared to before, so I am inquiring about a lifting consultation.
My face looks fine in the morning, but by the afternoon, the lower part of my cheeks looks heavy, and when I lower my head, my double chin becomes more prominent, so it bothers me every time I look in the mirror. Since I started taking off my mask, the lines around the corners of my mouth also feel a bit uneven, so I plan to take this opportunity to start taking care of them.
However, since I don't have much experience with procedures, I'm not sure where to start with the consultation. I'm curious which combination is suitable for my condition—between thermal energy-based treatments like InMode or Shurink Universe and laser care like Collagen Toning—and how long I need to rest before returning to my daily routine or exercising after the procedure. I tend to exercise frequently on weekdays, so if the recovery period is long, I will need to adjust my schedule; I would like to know this in advance.
Also, since my skin tends to dry out, could you please provide guidance on moisturizing before and after the procedure as well as precautions for home care? The attached photo shows the home care tools I usually use. I would appreciate it if you could let me know what I should prepare in advance of the consultation and the estimated cost range.
