How was the effect of Maunjaro?

It seems like Maunzaro is much more popular than Wigobi these days. I've noticed that many of my senior colleagues at work have seen great results after getting Maunzaro injections. So, I've started to get interested myself, and I have some questions regarding side effects and remission.

First, are there any side effects? I can't even take birth control pills because of the nausea, so I'm wondering if Maunzaro causes any side effects that interfere with daily life, such as stomach upset or heartburn. Also, I'm curious if the weight loss is just reducing swelling, or if I might be losing muscle as well. My body fat percentage is really high, you see.
