If I start the weight loss injections, will my usual food intake naturally decrease?

For me, the hardest part of dieting isn't the diet itself, but the hunger lol.

At first, I would make sure to eat chicken breast or salad, but after a few days, I would get so hungry at night that I would end up eating a late-night snack and go back to square one. I repeated this pattern so many times.

So I started looking into weight loss injections, and I'm curious how my food intake actually changes.

I am curious if using weight loss injections requires you to intentionally drastically reduce your food intake from the start, or if there are cases where the amount you eat naturally decreases because you feel full sooner than before.

I absolutely do not want to do a starvation diet.

Actually, I would prefer to eat three moderate meals a day and just reduce snacking or binge eating.

I am also wondering if I need to restrict my food choices too much just because I am starting weight loss injections.

I've heard that greasy food or overeating can cause stomach discomfort, so I'm curious if there are people whose eating habits naturally change because of that.

I have a habit of looking for snacks or bread, especially after dinner, so I want to reduce this.

Are there any people who started by slightly adjusting their usual food intake while using weight loss injections, even if they didn't follow a perfect diet?

I am also curious if you naturally figure out the right portion size for yourself after using it for a few months.

For those of you who have used weight loss injections, did you feel that changes in your eating habits were more significant than changes in your weight?

Please share your experience on exactly how your eating patterns have changed haha.
