Would weight management be a little easier if I combined weight loss injections with exercise?

I don't dislike exercising itself, so I tend to do it consistently about three or four times a week haha.

The problem is that I eat just as well as I exercise, lol, so my weight has stayed pretty much the same for several months.

So I'm thinking about getting a consultation for weight loss injections, and I'm also curious how someone who is already exercising should combine them.

I don't have to suddenly increase my exercise just because I'm using weight loss injections, right?

I want to start by maintaining my current exercise routine while just slightly reducing my meal portions or snacks.

In particular, I don't want to lose weight while losing a lot of muscle, so if possible, I want to continue doing strength training consistently.

Is it possible to feel a lack of energy when exercising while using weight loss injections, or to experience a decrease in physical strength compared to usual due to reduced food intake?

In that case, I think I'll have to manage it by adjusting my exercise volume or diet.

My goal is to lose weight slowly while maintaining my physical condition, rather than just rapidly reducing the numbers.

For those of you who have tried combining weight loss injections with exercise, while it may not compare to not exercising at all, did you feel that it helped with managing or maintaining your body shape?

I am also curious if it was more comfortable to maintain your usual level of exercise rather than doing strenuous workouts during the initial adjustment period.

For those of you who continued to work out or walk consistently even after starting weight loss injections, what was your actual exercise routine like?

I'd like to hear some realistic reviews about combining weight loss with exercise.
