I am considering getting a Maunzaro prescription. Is it effective and worth the one-month cost?

My weight loss plateau has dragged on for so long that I simply can't lose weight with exercise and diet alone. After looking into various options, I heard a lot of talk about Moundaro, so I'm thinking of getting a prescription.

However, since it is not covered by insurance, the monthly cost is honestly a bit of a burden, and I am hesitant because I worry that I might only lose weight temporarily while getting the injections and then experience a rebound effect immediately once I stop. I know people around me who use Wigobi or other products, but I have heard that Mountar is much more effective for appetite suppression and weight loss.
