I'm thinking about starting Wigobi, and I'm curious how it actually feels like my appetite is decreasing haha.
I've tried dieting so many times that this time I even ended up looking into Wegobi.
I don't actually dislike exercising, so I work out at the gym and walk regularly, but the problem is always eating. I manage to hold back reasonably well during the day, but my appetite spikes as soon as evening comes, and once I start snacking late at night, it's really hard to control.
I keep repeating a pattern where I work hard for a few months to lose about 4-5 kg, but then at some point I start eating again and my weight goes back. That's why people around me have been talking about Wegobi, so I'm looking into it myself, but I have a lot of questions.
What I'm most curious about is what it actually feels like for your appetite to decrease when you start Wegobi.
Do you not get hungry easily, or are you hungry but just don't crave food as much, or do you just feel full quickly even after eating just a little less than usual? Haha.
I don't want to reach a point where I can't eat at all; I just want to establish a habit of continuing to eat once I start, just like I do now.
I am also curious if many people notice changes in their appetite as soon as they start. I would like to hear about actual experiences, such as whether there is little difference at first but changes depending on the dosage or duration.
Did you combine exercise and diet with using Wegobi from the beginning? I want to take this opportunity to properly change my lifestyle rather than relying solely on the medication, but I'm worried that if I go too hard right from the start, I won't be able to stick it out for long haha.
I've seen comments saying that it was difficult to eat due to stomach discomfort or nausea. Is there a lot of individual variation in this regard?
If anyone has started Wegobi, I'm curious to know how your appetite or food intake has changed rather than just the number on the scale. I would also appreciate it if you could let me know what I should definitely ask during the consultation before starting.
