I'm curious if starting Wegobi actually reduces cravings for snacks more than hunger, haha.
I'm someone whose problem isn't gaining weight from eating too much rice, but rather from snacking haha.
If you only consider breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I don't actually eat as much as the people around me. However, after every meal, I always crave something sweet; in the afternoon, I feel like I need coffee and bread, and in the evening, I even look for snacks while watching TV.
The problem is that I keep wanting to eat something, especially when I'm not even hungry.
I’ve made up my mind to quit snacking a few times, but it only lasts about a week at most, haha. I manage to hold out well for the first few days, but whenever something stressful happens, I end up going back to buying this and that from the convenience store.
Then, while looking into Wigobi, I saw a few reviews saying that the craving for food itself decreased.
I'm so curious if this is real!!
Does using Wegobi simply reduce hunger? Or is there anyone who, like me, naturally reduces their habit of reaching for desserts or snacks?
For example, I'm curious if it feels like, after eating a meal, you would normally think of cake or ice cream, but now it just passes by without you even thinking about it.
Actually, I'd rather fix these eating habits than lose weight.
And if your cravings for sweets decrease, I think it's important to take this opportunity to change your snacking habits while using Wegobi. After all, to maintain it in the future, your lifestyle habits will eventually have to follow suit.
Conversely, are there any of you whose appetite decreased but whose cravings for specific foods remained the same?
Since reactions might vary from person to person, I would like to hear the actual experiences of those who have used Wegobi.
I am also curious if your thoughts about food didn't drastically decrease right from the start, but if you noticed a change after some time had passed.
If there are any of you who, like me, struggled with weight management due to snacks or late-night meals rather than meal portions, and have started Wegobi, what was your experience like?
I'm especially curious if the frequency of visiting convenience stores or delivery apps has changed before and after using it lol
I know using medication won't change habits automatically, but I'd like to use this period of reduced appetite to properly establish my eating habits.
For those who have received counseling from Wegobi for similar reasons, please share your experiences haha.
