Does the craving signal in the brain stop after taking weight loss injections? I would like to get the procedure.

I simply cannot stop the late-night binge eating triggered by stress as soon as I get off work on my own, so I am considering getting weight-loss injections. I feel a deep sense of shame every time I see myself constantly chewing on something even when I am not hungry. No matter how hard I try to steel myself, I always break down at night, so I’ve been wondering if it might be better to just get the injections to physically suppress my cravings. It feels bittersweet to rely on medication, but in my current state, it seems nearly impossible to break free on my own. I am curious if anyone else who struggled with controlling their cravings like me found that they stopped thinking about food altogether after getting the injections. Does the signal from the brain telling you to eat really stop?
