Hello, I am writing to get a consultation regarding a diet pill prescription.

I am currently overweight, with a lot of fat concentrated especially in my upper body and virtually no upper body muscle. I tried to lose weight on my own through diet and exercise, but the fat in my upper body just won't budge, so I am thinking of getting some help from medication.

I heard that Wigobi and Maunzaro are effective these days.

I'm looking into this. I'm not very knowledgeable about this area, but for a body type like mine—lacking muscle and having a lot of fat in the upper body—which of the two medications would be a better fit?
