Which one should I consult, Maunzaro or Wigobi?
I have been combining diet and exercise for the past few months, but I am worried because I am not losing weight as well as I expected. At first, it seemed like I was dropping a little, but at some point, my weight started staying at a similar level, and I am feeling like I have reached my limit in managing it on my own.
I have a particularly hard time controlling my appetite, so even though I manage to stick to my diet during the day, I often get hungry in the evening and crave snacks or late-night meals. Even when I try to reduce my intake, I end up going back to my old habits after a few days.
So I started looking into Maunzaro and Wigobi, but since I only know that they are both injections used for weight loss, I don't really know what the differences are. When I search online, I find conflicting information—some say Maunzaro is more effective, while others say it varies from person to person—which makes me even more conflicted.
I don't want to start taking medication right away; I would like to get a consultation first to determine which treatment is suitable based on my weight and dietary habits. For those who have tried Maunzaro or Wigobi, what criteria did you use to make your choice?
I am curious to know how much change in appetite or weight has occurred for those who have actually received it, and I would also like to know what aspects are discussed at the hospital when starting.
