I am considering weight loss injections.

Hello. They say dieting is a lifelong struggle, but lately I'm really getting exhausted. I've tried controlling my diet and exercising, but my willpower crumbles every time I experience the yo-yo effect or hit a plateau. Lately, I've been hearing a lot about weight loss injections from people around me and online. When I see reviews saying weight drops magically, I have a strong urge to go to a hospital and get a prescription myself. However, I am also very afraid of having to inject myself every time, and I worry about potential side effects like vomiting or nausea. Above all, the cost is quite steep, and I am also afraid that the yo-yo effect might be even worse once I stop the injections. Has anyone actually tried these weight loss injections?
