For those of you who have tried weight loss injections, what are the effects like?

I've been trying to reduce my food intake and exercise little by little, but I'm not losing weight as well as I expected. In particular, I used to see changes quickly after controlling my diet for a few days, but now it feels like I gain it back if I let my guard down even a little, which is stressing me out. So, while looking into various options, I learned about weight loss injections.

At first, I thought they were simply weight-loss injections, but it turns out there are various types that work slightly differently. While searching online, I found people who said it helped control their appetite, while others reported not noticing any significant changes, which has made me even more confused about which one is right. Since this is my first time looking into weight loss injections, I have a lot of questions.

I don't necessarily want to lose a lot of weight in a short period; I prefer to lose weight slowly while getting help to control my food intake.
