My melasma looks darker these days. How should I manage it?

Lately, I’ve been worried because my melasma seems to be more noticeable than before whenever I look at my face. I used to think I only had a little bit, but recently, the pigmentation on both cheeks looks unusually dark, and my overall appearance feels dull. In particular, under natural light, the melasma appears much more distinct than usual, so it bothers me even when I wear makeup. I know it is a natural part of aging, but now that it’s actually visible, I’m worried it will get darker. I’ve heard that managing melasma is different from managing simple blemishes, so I’m debating whether it’s okay to just go ahead and get laser treatment. I’m also curious if I can manage it to some extent just by consistently using whitening products or sunscreen at home, and if I were to seek treatment at a clinic, I’d like to know what methods I should look into first. If anyone has tried managing melasma that has been getting darker, I would love to hear your experiences and how you managed it.

요즘 기미가 더 진해 보이는데 어떻게 관리해야 할까요?

피코 토닝으로 잡티제거 가능합니다. 2주 간격으로 10회 정도면 거의 다 없어져요.
