Do you first distinguish between pigmentation and other causes of under-eye dullness during a consultation?

I am concerned about the dullness under my eyes, so I am looking into autumn skincare consultations. I used to lump it all together under the term "dark circles," but it is difficult for me to distinguish whether it is pigmentation or another cause. I am curious to know what areas Maypure checks first.

As an office worker, I tend to look at a monitor for long periods. Would it be helpful for the consultation if I summarized my lifestyle habits and when I first started noticing the dullness? I also have flushing on my cheeks in addition to under my eyes, so I would like to know if it would be better to explain these two concerns separately.

Rather than visiting with a specific procedure in mind, I would like to first identify the cause and the scope of consultation available. Can I receive guidance even if no follow-up care is needed or if other treatments are required? I am also curious whether it would be helpful to bring information about the cosmetics I normally use, and whether I need to remove my makeup and show my condition on the day of the consultation. I would like to have my condition examined in person to receive an explanation of the selection criteria and precautions.
