Up to what point in time should I organize my recent outdoor activities and treatment schedule before the skin consultation?

I am wondering how long I should cover my recent outdoor activities and home care routine when receiving my first skin consultation at Maypure. I do not have specific symptoms or procedures in mind; this is a general inquiry to prepare in advance for items that are easy to omit when explaining my current condition.

During the consultation, do you only examine the skin on the day, or do you also check UV exposure, exfoliation, and product changes over the past few weeks? If I cannot remember the exact dates, is it acceptable to just note down the approximate order and frequency? If I prepare photos, is it better to take them under the same lighting and angle?

If I have an important schedule, would mentioning it before the consultation help determine the scope or timing of the treatment? I am also wondering if I will only be informed about daily routines such as exercise, bathing, and makeup after the type of procedure is decided, or if I can ask about them in advance during the consultation.

I would also like to inquire if it is acceptable to determine a plan after only checking my condition and receiving an explanation, rather than proceeding immediately on the same day. I would like to distinguish between the records I have prepared that must be shown to the medical staff and those that are not strictly necessary, and I would also like guidance on the records that need to be kept in the same manner for comparing future progress.피부 상담 전에 최근 야외활동과 관리 일정을 어느 기간까지 정리하면 좋을까요? I want to.

야외활동과 관리 일정을 정리하는 게 좋다는 말에 공감돼요.
보통 최근 2~3주 정도 기록하면 상담에 도움이 된다고 하더군요.
