What kind of treatment is good for makeup that cakes during the changing seasons?

Hello. My skin tends to be dry, so my makeup usually cakes easily. Now that the seasons are changing, my foundation is caking even more. I don't understand why it settles and cakes so much, especially around my nose.

I think skin finish is the most important part of makeup. Are there any procedures that can help makeup apply better during the changing seasons? Since my skin is likely to remain dry until winter, I am curious about treatments that promote long-term skin health rather than just short-term effects.

I've been getting LDM treatments consistently. However, perhaps because my skin is so sensitive, my makeup starts caking again after two or three days, even after the treatment. The changing seasons are so difficult.
