I see a lot of people around me using skin boosters. Are they really effective?

My face has been frequently fluctuating in temperature, and I wonder if my skin barrier is completely shattered. Even when I apply a generous amount of cream in layers, the tightness that feels like my skin is tearing deep inside just won't go away. I have the typical condition of dehydrated oily skin—oily on the surface but cracking deep inside—so I consulted a dermatologist. They advised me to focus on skin boosters to address the internal dryness first.

However, there are so many different types, such as Rejuran, Exosomes, and Juvelook, that I have absolutely no idea which skin booster formulation would be a perfect fit for my skin.

I am curious about the Sonjusarang Napo injection and the procedure using injector equipment that minimizes pain and drug loss. I would also appreciate realistic advice from those with practical experience using skin boosters on how to apply regenerative cream and moisturize after the treatment to maximize the drug's effects!
