Is a record of meal intervals necessary for a consultation regarding facial redness after eating?

I experience facial redness after eating, so I am wondering how to record the time relationship between meals and the redness before a consultation. Should I record the meal interval from the time I started eating until I noticed the redness, or would it be better to calculate it based on the time I finished eating? I would like to know if it would be helpful to record both times and explain the difference during the consultation.

If my meal times are irregular or I notice the redness late, is it acceptable to record approximate times instead of precise minutes? I am wondering if it is okay to note down the names and quantities of the food, and if I should simply record any details that are difficult to verify, such as when eating out, without knowing the ingredients. I intend to record the same items briefly and consecutively rather than writing long entries every day. I would like to receive counseling based on my actual notes, without predetermining the cause. Please also let me know if there are any additional materials I should prepare before my visit. Thank you.음식 후 얼굴 붉어짐 상담에 식사간격 기록이 필요할까요? all.
