Is there a skin booster treatment that can relieve facial wrinkles?

Lately, my face has been feeling dry and inelastic, but fine wrinkles aren't that noticeable when I'm bare-faced. But after I put on makeup, they stand out. Shiny makeup doesn't suit me, and I hate it when my skin looks shiny, so I always use powder at the end to give it a soft finish. Maybe that's why my skin feels tighter as time goes by, and whenever I smile, my face wrinkles. It makes me depressed when I look at my phone or in the mirror outside.
